ABOUT MCKAYLA
I was raised in Coeur d’Alene in the heart of the Pacific Northwest, a place grounded in tradition, and down-to-earth integrity that still shapes my approach to work today.
My career has since unfolded in Utah, where I live just outside Salt Lake City. Between the snow capped mountains and red rock deserts I’ve built a portfolio at the intersection of strategy and artistry. My experience spans international event and floral design, executive strategy consulting, project management, and serving as Chief of Staff to high-growth tech CEOs.
Across each chapter, my focus remains consistent in translating vision into structure. I align teams, refine systems, and bring clarity to execution to ensure ambition is matched with thoughtful infrastructure.
Travel, interiors, and evolving landscapes continually inform my perspective, shaping work that feels elevated yet grounded, expansive yet intentional.
Outside of work, you’ll find me hosting, skiing, or planning my next adventure. I value momentum, working hard, exploring fully, and designing a life as intentionally as the projects I lead.
